Enrollment Information
We offer childcare services for ages 9 months to 8 years. A wide range of funding options are available, tailored to your childcare requirement, including the government’s 15 and 30 hours funded childcare options for children 9 months to 4 years. We also accept the Government Tax-Free Childcare Scheme and Student Finance.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?We are open from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays - Term Time only. Nursery & Preschool - 9am to 3pm Breakfast Club - 7:45 am to 8:45am After School Club - 3pm to 6pm

HOW MANY HOURS OF GOVERNMENT FUNDING AM I ELIGIBLE FOR?Depending on the age of your child you may be eligible for the funding as follows; Children AGE 9 up to 23 months *New* 15 hours of childcare funding AGE 2 years - 15 hours of childcare funding AGE 3 & 4 years - 15/30 hours of childcare funding

CAN I BE ELIGIBLE FOR FUNDED CHILDCARE IF I'M SELF-EMPLOYED?Yes, self-employed parents are eligible for funded childcare, provided they meet the minimum income requirements through their employment.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR 15 HOURS FREE CHILDCAREYes, 15 hours of childcare is available for all families in England.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE FREE CHILDCARE FUNDING?Check your eligibility and apply online through the government’s website.

WHEN DO I APPLY FOR THE FREE HOURS OF FUNDED CHILDCARE?You should apply for your funding code up to 3 months before you plan to use our childcare service, keeping in mind that the funding code cannot be used in the same term it’s applied for.

CAN I COMBINE 15/30 HOURS FUNDING WITH OTHER CHILDCARE SCHEMES?Yes, the 15/30 hours funding can be used in conjunction with other childcare support schemes like Tax-Free Childcare or Universal Credit Childcare, offering greater financial flexibility.

CAN I ROLL OVER UNUSED HOURS TO THE NEXT TERM IF I’M ON HOLIDAY?Unfortunately, hours cannot be rolled over as they are allocated on a pro-rata basis throughout the year. The funding provision is expected to maintain a consistent weekly routine regardless of holidays or sickness.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED EXTRA HOURS ON AN AD HOC BASIS?Please discuss your needs with our nursery manager as soon as possible. They will do their best to accommodate additional bookings, which will incur a non-funded charge.
